| 摘 要： | 重庆直辖十年以来,各项科技活动取得了长足的发展。科技人才队伍不断壮大,结构有所改善,素质有所提高。但通过对重庆市科技人才发展现状进行数据比较分析,可以看出重庆的科技人才存在总量相对不足、科技进步和创新能力不高且与产学研结合不紧密、科技人才分布不均等问题,针对这些问题提出了一些改进思路,以其为相关部门决策提供现实依据。

| Abstract: | By comparative analysis of the developing situation of the scientific and technical personnel in Chongqing,it has been found that several problems exist,such as the relative shortage of qualified personnel,the lack of scientific and technical progress and the innovation ability,the defective combination of enterprises,universities and research institutes,the unevenly distribution of the talents and so on.In view of these problems,the author puts forward a number of ways to improve the situation. |
