| 摘 要： | 我国资源型城市众多,这类城市的经济社会发展面临严峻挑战,亟需进行转型使其摆脱对单一自然资源的依赖,从而谋求可持续发展。资源型城市创新体系的营建为解决我国资源型城市转型提供了新的思路。根据创新主体引导的区域创新体系营建模式,在我国资源型城市创新体系存在问题的基础上,从创新主体的能力和经济实力两方面分析了资源型城市对创新体系营建模式的选择。
