| 摘 要： | 页岩气是一种重要的、清洁的非常规天然气资源。Innography是ProQuest Dialog公司推出的专利信息检索和专利分析软件,具有快速挖掘核心专利的功能。本文利用Innography专利分析工具,结合专利情报分析理论,对世界页岩气专利进行申请趋势分析、区域分析、IPC分析、主要专利权人分析、核心专利分析及文本聚类分析。研究指出美国是页岩气领域的技术强国,中国起步较晚,处于起步阶段,但发展较快,是全球申请专利数量增长最快的国家,有广阔的发展前景。通过研究页岩气的专利现状、发展及竞争态势,以期为我国的页岩气产业发展提供有用的竞争情报参考。

| Abstract: | Shale gas is an important, clean unconventional natural gas resources. Innography is a patent searching and patent analyzing software built by ProQuest Dialog,which has functionalities of mining valuable patents efficiently. The paper,with a patent analysis tool of Innography and the paten intelligence analysis theory, analyzed the application tendency, Distribu- tion,IPC, main patentee and text clustering and put forward that America was a technology powerhouse in shale gas filed while China, though started late,is the fastest growing country in global patent number and has a huge and growing field. Through the study of the situation, development and competition of shale gas patent the paper provided a competitive infor- mation reference for shale gas industry development in China. |
