| 摘 要： | 学科建设是高校的基础性工程，它是以学术队伍为主体，以一定学科为研究对象，通过必要的物质条件和手段，传承和创造知识，持续为社会培养高水平人才的过程。探讨了高校学科建设工作的内涵，分析了地方高校学科建设工作的现状及存在问题，提出了地方高校进行学科建设工作的两个阶段和加强学科建设工作的五项措施。

| Abstract: | The building of courses of study in colleges and universities is a basic project.With scientific workers as it main part and with some courses as the objects of study,it inherits and creates knowledge by necessary material means and under necessary material condition,It is a process for training useful persons for the society.In this paper,the author discusses the connotation of the building of courses,analyses the present condition and problems and puts forward two stages and five measures to be taken in the work. |
