| 摘 要： | 本文首先进行各省市的效率评价,得出技术进步年份指标,并将技术进步细分,再利用面板数据变系数模型拟合影响因素,得到资金与环境的影响系数.然后将普遍意义上的"门槛"值的测定划归为隶属度的测定,提出"综合门槛"的概念.实证表明,我国有5至7个省份跨过了综合门槛,政府应根据不同省市的状况设定引进外资的策略.
