| 摘 要： | 科技人才评价是科技评价的重要内容，也是科研管理工作的重要内容。针对科技人才评价的动态性特点，利用知识管理的思想构建科技人才评价体系，对于科研管理是十分有价值的。本文以知识管理的高级形态知识网络的理论为基础．以一个正在开发建设中的科技人才评价数据信息资源平台为案例，对科技人才评价模式进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of scientific and technical talents is important to scientific evaluation, also to the work of science and research management. According to the dynamic characteristic of scientific and technical talents evaluation, establishing the scientific and technical talents evaluation system is valuable for science and research management using knowledge management thought. The article analyzes scientific and technical talents evaluation using the knowledge network theory, an advanced form of knowledge management. Finally, a case about data & information resources platform of scientific and technical talents is studied. |
