| 摘 要： | 近年来我国发生的多起地震,再一次强烈呼唤我国地震巨灾保险制度的建立。本文在分析总结我国地震巨灾风险管理的理论与实践的基础上,全面考察和比较了国际上地震巨灾保险制度模式的利弊和建设的有益经验,运用理论与实践相结合的分析法,提出了我国政府与市场相结合的地震巨灾保险制度模式及其适合性,文章还进一步建构了我国地震巨灾保险制度的具体内容以及发挥模式优势的政策支持与保障条件。
