| 摘 要： | 目前我国正经历着一次前所未有的国际产业向中国大陆与沿海产业向中西部地区的耦合转移。把握新一轮产业转移规律,根据我国自身特点制定科学的产业转移战略,是推动形成更加合理的区域产业分工格局、加快经济结构调整和发展方式转变的重要途径。研究认为,产品内分工是新一轮产业转移的主要动因,价值链跨区域重组是新一轮产业转移的主导方式,发挥大国优势是我国推进产业转移的战略基点。应当注重产业转移政策创新,在引导产业转移中实现科学发展,在坚持科学发展中引导产业转移。
