| 摘 要： | 本文利用能源投入产出模型,对1997-2007年间我国对外贸易的能源成本进行了定量核算。研究表明:我国在巨大的贸易顺差背后付出了大量的能源成本,特别是我国加入世贸组织之后,能源成本大幅度增加,外贸内涵能源从2002年的64039.12万吨标准煤增加到2007年的151601.95万吨标准煤。为了改善这种现状,本文从货物贸易和服务贸易两个方面提出了从贸易环节上实现节能降耗的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper calculates the energy cost in the foreign trade of China based on the energy input-output model from 1998 to 2007.The empirical results show that there is a large quantity of energy cost behind the huge surplus of trade in China,especially after China’s accession to WTO.The energy embodied dramatically increased from 6.04 billion tons of standard coal in 2002 to 15.16 billion tons of standard coal in 2007.In order to improve the situation,we proposed the solutions to realize the goals of energy saving and consumption reduction in the trade sector from the perspective of goods trade and service trade,respectively. |
