| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了企业知识创新网络的形成机理，分析了美国、意大利和日本等发达国家企业知识创新网络的连接机制；结合相关统计数据，现场访谈和问卷调查，指出了我国企业知识创新网络存在的问题；最后，给出了建设中国特色企业知识创新网络的建议。

| Abstract: | The forming mechanism of enterprise's knowledge innovation network is discussed,and the connection mechanisms of enterprise's knowledge innovation network in American,Italy and Japan are analyzed.The existent problem of enterprise's knowledge innovation network in China is pointed out according to the related statistics data,interview and questionnaire,then the proposals about how to construct the enterprise's knowledge innovation network with the feature of China is given. |
