| 摘 要： | 医药科学的新发展强调系统整体观念，使中医药的同步发展成为可能、中医药科学讲究天人合一，具备系统性、综合性等优势，同时又存在玄妙性、经验性等弱点。扬长补短是中医药发展的基本战略，建立资源、专利、标准、文化等保护平台和完善立法，是当前保证中医药发挥自身优势的重要基础工作。

| Abstract: | The new progress of medical science emphasizes the systematical and holistic ideas, and this makes it possible for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to develop vastly in modern times. The scientific TCM theory thinks of the heaven and man as one, and has its superiorities and deficiencies. The basic strategy of developing TCM is making use of its superiorities and making up for its deficiencies. Constructing several kinds of protecting platforms such as resource, patent, standard, culture etc. and enhancing the legislative work are the very important foundations of TCM application. |
