| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析技术核心能力的内涵、特征,及其与知识的相互关系,阐释了知识转化对技术核心能力形成的作用。认为技术核心能力管理的关键在于对知识的有效应用、管理与创新,并从宏观角度构建技术核心能力管理模式,培育高效的学习机制,通过知识创新达到提升企业技术核心能力的目的。

| Abstract: | Technological core competence is a set of knowledge essentially, and knowledge is the dominant resource and production factor in enterprises, which is closely related to the growth of them. By analyzing the connotation, characteristics of technological core competence, and its relationship with knowledge, the paper explains the function of knowledge transformation to the formation of technological core competence. It argues that the key of management of such a competence lies in the effective application, management and innovation of knowledge, and establishing the management pattern of technological core competence from the macroscopic point of view, fostering effective learning mechanism to upgrade the competence by knowledge innovation. |
