摘    要:贴牌生产(OEM)是国际分工不断深化的表现,是发展中国家融入全球生产网络的重要途径,但目前众多OEM企业处于微利或亏损状态的现象却十分普遍.本文在综述企业成长相关理论的基础上,借助于丰富的实证研究材料,从全球价值链类型的角度,研究了OEM企业的升级路径.隶属于生产者驱动型价值链的OEM企业应积极与业内领导型企业建立合作关系,提高自己的供货效率,不断地进行技术创新,同时在发展初期还要实施成本控制和低价营销策略;而隶属于消费者驱动型价值链的OEM企业应适时地由制造商转变为中间商,沿OEM-ODM-OBM的路径逐步升级,拓宽市场渠道,积极打造自主品牌等.

Abstract:OEM means Original Equipment Manufacture which is one manifestation of international deep production division and also is an important way to join the global production net. But many OEM enterprises Can hardly earn profits, even make a loss. Based on the summary of enterprises upgrading theories, with the help of the related research result, the study researches the upgrade path of OEM enterprises. The OEM enterprises which are subordinate to the producer driven global value chain should make a cooperation relationship with the famous captive enterprises actively in the same business, improve owns supply efficiency, make technology innovation gradually and carry out the tactics of low cost and low price. The OEM enterprises which are subordinate to the buyer-driven global value chain should transform manufacturers to middle traders, upgrade gradually along the path of OEM-ODM-OBM, widen the market range and make owns brands actively et al.
