| Abstract: | The 21st century is ocean century. Ocean economy will become an important part of national economy. This paper studies the development strategies and implementation strategies about ocean economy in China in the 21st century, which include governing ocean by law strategy, sustainable development strategy, human resource development strategy, strategy of ocean development by science and technology, optimizing the industrial structure strategy, mechanism innovation strategy, open development strategy, three-dimensional development strategy, simultaneous development of ocean and land strategy. |
