农村消费方式转变的机制与途径:消费集聚效应角度的分析

摘    要:城乡居民消费方式的差异主要在于消费集聚程度不同。消费的外部性、规模经济性、循环积累因果关系和网络效应是形成这种消费集聚效应的重要原因。要运用现代信息技术、金融工具和商业新业态革新消费工具,完善消费制度,改善农村公共消费品供给,扩大农村公共消费空间,从而提高农村居民的消费集聚效应,缩小城乡消费方式的差别。

Abstract:The difference between the consumption patterns of urban and rural residents mainly lie in the different degree of consumer agglomeration, which derives from externality of consumption, economics of scale, the cycle of cumulative causation, the effect of network. In order to enhances the effect on consumer agglomeration of rural residents and narrow the difference of consumption patterns between urban and rural residents, the modern information technology, financial means and commercial type are used to innovate the consumption tools and systems, improve the supply of rural public consumer goods, and expand public space of rural consumer.
