| 摘 要： | 21世纪，科学技术正步入一个前所未有的创新密集时代，科学技术成为了世界经济和社会发展的主要驱动力，自主创新能力成为国家竞争力的关键。要解决中国发展所面临的众多问题，必须走中国特色自主创新道路、建设创新型国家，依靠创新实现国家发展。加强自主创新，需要准确把握自主创新的内涵。从全面提升国家创新能力出发，加强原始性创新、集成创新和引进技术的消化吸收再创新。

| Abstract: | The science and technology is entering an unprecedented intensive creative era of 21 st century. Science and technology has become the major driving force for the world economics and the development of society, while the capacity of independent innovation has been the key of national competition capability. In order to solve many problems in the development of China that should be solved as soon as possible, our country must take on independent innovation way with Chinese characters, build an innovation -oriented country and realize the national progress on innovation. To strengthen independent innovation, we should grasp the connotation of independent innovation, advance the national competition capability completely, strengthen the original innovation, integrative innovation, re - innovation after digesting the introduced technology. |
