| 摘 要： | PPP（Public-Private Partnership)，即公共部门与私人企业合作模式，是公共基础设施的一种项目融资模式。在该模式下，鼓励私人企业与政府进行合作，参与公共基础设施的建设。本文对该模式的产生背景、概念特征、优势和应用实例进行了简要地介绍，并就其在中国公共基础设施建设中的应用进行了展望。
