| 摘 要： | 本文首先对自主创新、自主创新能力的概念进行了界定,以此为逻辑起点,分析了自主创新能力的构成,建立了自主创新能力评价指标体系,以我国的八大经济区为基本单元,运用集对分析法对我国区域自主创新能力进行了分析评价.

| Abstract: | In this paper, we firstly define the concepts of independent innovation and independent innovation ability, and taking it as logistic starting point, we analyze the components of independent innovation ability, establish the index system of evaluating the ability. Taking eight areas as basic analysis units, we finally analyze regional independent innovation ability of our country with Set Pair Analysis. |
