| 摘 要： | 伴随着知识产权制度与TRIPS协议逐步对接,国内企业知识产权积累不足、知识产权意识薄弱、知识产权制度运用能力低下由此也凸显出来;与此同时,国家正处于建设创新型社会时期,投入了大量的科技资源,建立重大经济活动知识产权审查机制对于提高财政性投入产出效果意义重大.本文通过文献研究及实际调研的基础上,试图找出合理的知识产权审查机制,以解决或减缓能力与制度之间的矛盾,并为企业实践知识产权审查模式作参考.

| Abstract: | With the gradual integration of intellectual property right system and the TRIPS protocol, the inadequate accumulation and the weak awareness of intellectual property right, and the low ability of application of intellectual property rights system of the national enterprises have been highlighted. Meanwhile, with the large amount of scientific and technological resources invested by the country in constructing the innovation - oriented society, the construction of intellectual property rights examined mechanism in significant economic activity serves significant meanings for the enhancement of financial investment output effect. On the basis of literature review and actual research, the paper tries to find intellectual property rights examined mechanism in order to resolve or mitigate the contradiction between the capacity and system, and for reference of enterprises' intellectual property rights examined mechanism model. |
