| 摘 要： | 文章借鉴国内外已有风险投资评价指标,构建了一个适合我国的分阶段指标体系,并对该评价指标按重要性依初创企业发展的不同阶段进行了排序。对该指标体系进一步研究发现,在风险投资的不同阶段,评价指标的重要程度是不同的。

| Abstract: | This paper constructs the phased venture capital evaluation indicator system by drawing the domestic and foreign index,and evaluates the extent of the importance of indicators and rank the index based on the phases.Further study of the indicator system find that in the different stages of evaluation the important indicators of the degree is different. |
