| 摘 要： | 本文依据治理环境的演化进程,论证网络治理是以企业间的制度安排为核心的参与者间的关系安排。通过对Jones等网络治理模型的修正,利用扩展的四重维度交易环境与社会关系的结构嵌入理论,对网络治理的理论架构进行详细地探讨。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the evolutionary process of governance environment,the article argued network governance was relational arrangem ents with institutional arrangemen ts among firms taken as the core among par-ticipating parties.The article pou nded elaborately on the theory of network governance through revising Jo nes model of governance,utilizing the e xchange conditions that expanded to four dimensions and the theory of str uctural embeddedness of social relations. |
