| 摘 要： | 文章分析了应急物流的特点、类型及对应急物流系统设计的影响，应急物流系统的要素、特点、设计原则。提出了应急物流系统的结构和快速反应机制，包括应急物流系统的目标、系统的约束条件、支撑环境、系统结构的四个层次、系统的功能和反馈控制机制。

| Abstract: | The characteristics, types of emergency logistics and their impacts on the design of emergency logistics system are analyzed, and the elements, characteristics and design principles of the system are also analyzed. The framework and emergent response mechanism of the system are put forward, including the aim, restrictions, supporting environments, four hierarchies of the framework, functions and feedback control mechanism of the system. |
