| 摘 要： | 循环经济是人类经济发展模式的必然选择。环境和资源是循环经济的核心；循环经济是一个经济活动过程。而不是一个经济要素，这是循环经济的本质；对资源的节约、环境的保护，是循环经济的主要特征。作为一种思想或理念，循环经济与可持续发展有着密切的联系，可谓一脉相承。

| Abstract: | The theory of circulating economy,propounded as a kind of economic development model,would be an inevitable option for man.The core concern of circulating economy is environment and natural resources.Its essence consists in a process of economic activity but not in an economic factor; and its chief characteristic is an emphasis on frugal and prudent use of natural resources and protection of ecological environment.As a kind of theoretical formulation,the theory is a derivative from the proposition that advocates sustainable development. |
