| 摘 要： | 本文在确立产业集群相关知识的基础上，突出了产业集群是一种介于市场和等级制之间的一种新的空间经济组织形式。在对产业集群界定的基础上，本文一方面从学习效用和区域资源利用能力两方面论证了产业集群所获取的正面市场竞争力；另一方面又从柠檬问题和负的外在性论述中确立了产业集群具有很高的对不利于集群发展的多种因素的经济规避能力。因此，本文不但从正反两方面论证了产业集群之所以能够在世界各地长盛不衰的内在经济机理，而又也为旨在通过集群战略束促进地方经济发展的区域指出了工作重点，具有很强的实践指导作用。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of industrial cluster this paper defines the ind ustrial cluster a new kind of organization mode of spatial economy that is diffe rent from market and hierarchy system.On one hand relying on the analysis of stu dy curve and the regional resource organization capability the paper points out the positive market advantage of industrial cluster.On the other hand based on t he analysis of lemon problems and negative externalism the paper presents positi ve market competitiveness of industrial cluster.The paper draws out the inner re ason why the industrial cluster can have sustainable development while describin g clearly the key to carry out a cluster strategy in developing local economy. |
