| Abstract: | Independent innovation is an action and a national policy needed to insist on for a long time. It is also a strategic option to adhere to and a long-term process for a region to persist in. It is an objective requirement to enhance independent innovative capability of corporations in the economic development phase of our country, it is also a strategic opportunity for science and technology realizing their support to domestic society development and leading domestic development. Seize the opportunity to improve Chinese independent innovation capability is strategically significant for the future of China. |
