| 摘 要： | 全球气候变暖加剧了城市“热岛效应”,对城市生态系统,水循环、大气环境、人类健康以及城市基础设施等造成严重影响,加强气候变化的影响评价有利于完善城市发展建设的规划,促进城市承载力的建设,改善我国城市人居环境,提高城市人民生活质量。

| Abstract: | The global warming has intensified the "heat island effect" of the urban environment, imposing serious impacts on the ecological system, water cycle, atmospheric environment, human health and infrastructures in the urban areas. Strengthening the study of climatic change and its impacts, therefore, can benefit urban planning, build up the bearing capacity of the urban areas, and improve residents' living environment and life quality. |
