| Abstract: | After analyzing the new problems and series challenges facing agricultu re with China entering WTO,the paper pointed out new market demands and opportunities in agricultural d evelopment in China,expressed its o pinion on national strategy,developing pr iorities in agricultural work,including basic research,the cutting ed ge high -tech.,the development of key -tech.,the manufacturing of important pro ducts,technology transfer,techni cal training and the reform of research a nd development system,as well as som e recommendations on industrial policy,technology policy,and finance poli cy for the central government. |
