| 摘 要： | 正确理解贸易、经济增长与环境保护的关系对处理好贸易与环境问题是非常重要的。本文分析了贸易、经济增长与环境保护的关系，认为经济增长与环境保护并不存在必然的联系，合理的经济政策和激励机制在其中起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In order to harmonize trade and environment issue, one must understand well the relationship among international trade, economic growth and environmental protection. This paper analyses the relationship among international trade, economic growth and environmental protection and holds the view that economic growth and environmental protection is not related certainly and sound economic policy and stimulating system are very important in deciding the relationship. |
