| 摘 要： | 本文以中关村地区为例,分析了留学人员回国创业的发展动态;在此基础上,通过对40多家留学人员创业企业的问卷调查并结合实地访谈发现,吸引留学人员来创业的主要因素是:政策条件优惠、市场机会良好、外部信息丰富、法规支持较好、行业集聚较高等;同时,留学人员企业在创业过程中仍存在融资渠道不畅、市场开拓较难、团队建设不好、国内情况不熟、产业合作较弱等瓶颈。本文提出,中关村地区应当努力建立一个良好的创业生态系统,特别是完善创业融资支持平台、企业信息交流平台和人力资源开发平台,以促成相关要素的集聚和网络化。

| Abstract: | The Returning Entrepreneurship is playing more and more important role in promoting the innovative economy in China.Based on the first-hand interviews and questionnaire in the Zhongguancun area,this paper studied the upda- ted development and challenges of the new business ventures started by overseas returnees.We find that favourable gov- ernmental policies,good market opportunities,abundant outside information resources,supporting rules and laws,and good industrial cluster are the main factors that attracting the returning Chinese entrepreneurs.However,there are still some bottlenecks,including entrepreneurial financing,market exploitation,team building,awareness of the domestic situations and intra-industry cooperation,etc.Some policy implications to build a better ecosystem for entrepreneurship are provided for the future development of Returning Entrepreneurship,especially to improve the platforms for entrepre- neurial financing,information exchanging and human resource development. |
