基于服务外包的企业间互惠合作创新模式研究

摘    要:服务外包已成为企业发展的一项重要战略,也是企业进行价值链式合作竞争并创造竞争优势的重要手段。文章从企业间合作互惠的研究视角,运用价值链、演化和互惠理论对服务外包的合作机理进行璃示,提出服务外包也是企业间进行合作发展的重要平台和推动力。在此基础上,对企业间互惠合作发展的创新模式进行设计与研究。

Abstract:Service outsourcing has become an important strategy for enterprises to develop and one of the important instruments for generating competitive advantage in the process of value chain cooperation and competition. From the view of cooperative reciprocity among enterprises, the author tries to explain cooperation mechanism of service outsourcing by the theories of value chain, evolutionary and reciprocity. The paper further shows that service outsourcing is an important platform and impetus to cooperation development among enterprises. Based on that, the paper designs as well as researches the innovation mode of reciprocity cooperation development.
