| 摘 要： | 本文通过中国与美国、英国、德国、日本等发达国家中小企业技术创新社会化服务体系中中介服务、信息服务、孵化器和科技园的比较,分析了美国、英国、德国、日本等国体系的特点,在此基础上,根据我国的国情,对我国在完善中小企业技术创新社会化服务体系方面提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper compares the socialized service system of SME Technological innovation in China with that in American, England, Germany and Japan which includes intermediary service, information service, incubators and science parks. Based on the research above, it puts forward some suggestions for improving socialized services system of SME technological innovation in China. |
