| 摘 要： | 生态工业园的建设既可以提高资源、能源的利用效率,增加经济、社会效益,又可以保护和建设生态环境,是园区实现循环经济的重要途径。本文首先基于国内外生态工业园的发展现状和系统科学的理论,提出在循环经济范式下的三类生态工业园发展模式。而后分析循环经济生态工业园发展模式的特性。最后,提出生态工业园循环经济发展评价指标体系,该指标体系从生态工业园的产业体系和支撑体系两个方面来反映生态工业园循环经济发展的水平,共涵盖了24个指标。 |

| Abstract: | Building Eco-Industrial Parks can not only enhance the use efficiency of resources and energy,increase the economic and social benefits,but also can protect and construct the ecological environment.It is an important way to achieve circular economy.This paper firstly proposes three development modes of eco-industry parks under the circular economy pattern according to the development status of domestic and international eco-industrial parks and theory of system science.Then the characteristics of circular economy development-model of eco-industry parks are analyzed.Finally,the circular economy development evaluation index system of eco-industry parks is put forward,which will inflect the level of circular economy development from industrial system and support system of eco-industry parks,and contains 24 indicators totally. |
