| 摘 要： | 效率是决定企业发展的关键因素。在分析网络DEA方法特点的基础上,结合铁路运输企业的属性,对铁路运输企业生产过程分为车辆维修和运营子过程,建立了铁路运输企业效率评价指标体系,并构建了两阶段网络DEA模型。在此基础上,运用网络DEA方法对2007年不同铁路运输企业生产运营的子过程的效率进行评价分析,并对铁路运输企业效率的提升提出了相关的建议。
