绿色食品市场开发问题研究

摘    要:绿色食品以其安全、无污染的特点,在食品市场上崭露头角。开发绿色食品和发展绿色食品市场已成为商家与消费者关注的热点。面对国内外种种复杂的市场壁垒,中国应如何发挥自身优势来迎接这股“绿色浪潮”的挑战,已成为我国绿色食品发展中亟待解决的问题。本文在分析存在问题的基础上,提出了完善标志认证、提高产品质量、规范卖方市场、促进绿色消费行为等措施。

Abstract:The green food has turned into a fresh thing with the characteristics of safety and the green food market become the hotspot of business and consumer . Facing the domestic and international and all kinds of complicated market barriers , china how to develop the oneself advantage to greet the challenge of this "green wave tide , have become the problem to solute during developing the green food mardet. On the base of analyzing existing problems. The article recommend nine measures of intensifying the authentication and manaement of green symbols, increasing the quality of green food, norm the seller's market and promoting the green consumption actions and so on.
