| 摘 要： | 明代末年士人尚情主要表现为：继承了明代中后期士人对情的高度肯定，却把情与淫严格区分开来，并将情爱作为极高的人生内容来对待，从而在婚爱生活中体现出爱情至上的风貌；在婚爱实践上，许多士人把自己的爱情投注于才艺双全的妓女，或与之结为伉俪。与士人尚情及其生活风貌相表里，明末部分女性也体现出一定的婚爱意识觉醒，具体到生活实际上，这一觉醒表现为突出的自我择偶意识和比较严格的婚配标准。士人尚情与女性婚爱意识觉醒被其时小说家所认可和接受，遂成为小说家审美意识的一个方面，并在其小说中给予表现。这组相互联系的文化和文学现象的形成对于婚姻文化、女性发展，以及对于传统中国封建婚姻制度和意识的反抗均具一定意义，同时也昭示了其时社会思潮的进步性。

| Abstract: | The atmosphere of love and marriage of the end of the Ming dynasty reflects scholars upholding of love and woman's awareness of love. These facts inherit scholar's highly agreeing of love of the middle and the later of the Ming dynasty, but depart love from obscene, and treat love as a highly aim of life, so the life of love has a feature of upholding love. In the practice of love and marriage, many scholars give their love to the prostitute of better talent and ability, or marry to them. As the other side, some women also be aware of love in the practice. They have clear awareness in choosing husband and strict standard for marriage. All these were accepted by writers of that time, which became a side of the writers' appreciation of the beautiful. The set of literature and form of it have sense to the marriage literature, the development of female, which also have meanings to the rebellion to the sense and Chinese traditional marriage system. All these also show the advancement of social thinking. |
