| 摘 要： | 介绍了芳香植物的概念，芳香精油的主要成分，以及芳香植物在香料香精、医疗、食品、杀虫剂、饲料、园艺、旅游等诸多领域的应用价值；据调查统计，河南省计有芳香植物130多种，分属20余科。主要有：唇形科(17种)、蔷薇科(5种)、木兰科(8种)、木樨科(9种)、菊科(5种)、樟科(16种)、芸香科(12种)、伞形科(6种)、败酱科(1种)、天南星科(1种)等，总结了主要种的生物学特性、提取部位、用途及其资源分布状况；分析了芳香植物的国际国内市场行情，给出了河南省发展以芳香植物为主题相关经济的若干建议．

| Abstract: | The conception of aromatic plants was introduced.The applications as in essence additives,medical treatments,dietetics,pesticides,feedstuffs,horticulture,tourism etc.were summarized.The exploitation and utilization of aromatic plants in Henan province haven't been paid enough attention.The constitutions and distributions of aromatic plants species were given in the paper,based on investigations and statistics.And the international and domestic markets of aromatic plants were also analyzed.Some suggestions on the development of aromatic economy in henna province were also analyzed.Some suggestions on the development of aromatic economy in henna province were also given at the end. |
