鞋楦反求中的曲面光滑拼接算法

摘    要:为了实现鞋楦反求过程中所构造曲面的光滑性,提出了一种曲面片的拼接算法。利用激光扫描仪获得鞋楦点云,对经过预处理的点云数据构造出其曲面边界,然后在已知曲面的边界线和边界内部点云的条件下拟合出鞋楦的表面单元曲面,再利用相交于公共边界的两曲面一阶连续原理,导出各单元曲面光滑拼接的约束条件。拟合结果表明,该算法可以实现鞋楦曲面的快速重建和一阶光滑拼接。

Abstract:In order to realize the smoothness of the constructed surface in the reverse construction of shoe last, a merging algorithm of surfaces was proposed. First, the point cloud was obtained using laser scanner. The surface boundaries were constructed for the point cloud preprocessed. Then the unit surfaces of the shoe last were fitted on condition that the boundaries of surface and the internal point cloud were available. The constraining conditions of smoothing merging among the unit surfaces were deduced according to one order continuous method between two surfaces with common boundaries. The fitting results show that this algorithm can reconstruct the shoe last surface and merge the unit surfaces with one order smoothness.
