摘    要:分析了当前人居光环境状况以及"光环境影响评价"的缺失对光污染防治工作的影响,提出了基于建筑表皮的城市光污染防治技术措施,特别是建筑玻璃幕墙的光污染防治.认为在人居光环境问题日益严重的今天,除了从技术角度探讨光污染的防治问题外,还应从行政的层面建立法规规范,尤其要加大光环境影响评价力度,从根本上消除光污染的产生,营造一个舒适的人居光环境.

Abstract:The present residential optical environment and the influence of the lack of "influence assessment of optical environment" on optical pollution prevention work are analyzed.The prevention and control technical measures against urban optical pollution based on building surface,especially against the optical pollution of glass curtain walls,are presented.It is held that the legislations should be established from the administrative aspect and "influence assessment of optical environment" should be intensified to eradicate optical pollution for creating a comfortable residential optical environment.
