| 摘 要： | 营利性民办高校的两个突出特点是具有营利性和民办的。营利性民办高校在我国有其存在的合理性和必要性,一方面有助于实行民办高校分类管理和扩大高等教育资源总量,另一方面有助于提升我国教育服务贸易国际竞争力。然而,当前我国营利性民办高校存在观念变革滞后带来的阻力、营利性民办高校试点无人喝彩、营利性民办高校缺乏政策保障等困境。为了更好的发展我国营利性民办高校,应做到转变观念,客观认识营利性民办高校;大力鼓励和支持营利性民办高校试点;给予营利性民办高校必要的优惠政策。

| Abstract: | The two outstanding characteristics of profit-making private colleges and universities are for-profit and private.The existence of for-profit private colleges and universities has rationality and necessity in China.On the one hand,it can help to implement the classified management of private colleges and universities and expand the total amount of higher education resources;on the other hand,it can help to enhance the international competitiveness of China's education service trade.However,at present,there are some difficulties in China's for-profit private colleges and universities,such as the resistance brought by the lag of concept change,no one cheering on the pilot of for-profit private colleges and universities,and the lack of policy guarantee.In order to better develop the for-profit private colleges and universities in our country,we should change our ideas,objectively understand the for-profit private colleges and universities,vigorously encourage and support the pilot of for-profit private colleges and universities,and give them necessary preferential policies. |
