| 摘 要： | 随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深化,地方本科高校的高校后勤队伍建设对提高后勤的管理和服务水平,为教学和科研服务至关重要.当前地方本科高校的后勤服务队伍普遍存在着员工文化程度低,专业知识和高素质管理人才缺乏以及员工队伍稳定性差等一般情况,因此地方本科高校要通过优化员工队伍结构,塑造员工共同价值观,建立健全人才激励机制,加强人才开发培训力度等策略加强后勤队伍建设.
