| 摘 要： | 高校教学团队的建设是高等院校提高教学质量的重要措施之一,也是师资队伍建设的重要环节。但是目前,关于高校教学团队的评价标准机制还不很完善。通过对现有高校教学团队建设的分析,旨从团队组成、团队带头人、教学工作、教学研究、教材建设、运行和管理机制6个方面以量的形式给出了高校优秀教学团队建设相应的评价标准。即团队组建具有合理性,团队成员具有较高的学术和科研水平,管理运行机制具有示范性。
