| 摘 要： | 反腐败斗争是我国当前一项非常重要的工作,互联网的发展使网络反腐成为可能并初见成效。它扩大了监督主体、丰富了监督方式、提高了反腐效率、在一定程度上保护了举报人的安全,但仅靠其自身也难以发挥作用、海量的信息加大了查处的难度、可能侵犯被举报者的权利、也可能影响司法公正等。因此,它的存在是利大于弊还是弊大于利就成为我们要关注的重要问题。
