| 摘 要： | 英语报刊阅读课的目标是培养学生阅读英美新闻报刊的能力,熟悉新闻报刊文章的篇章结构、语言技巧及文体修辞的特点,分析新闻报刊文章的思想观点,从而提高学生的阅读理解能力和思想表达能力,但目前的教学在教学内容选择、教学方法、师资素质和学生认识方面存在不足。结合教学实践,认真总结教学中存在的普遍问题并探讨可行的解决方法,是提高英语报刊阅读课教学效果的有力措施,也是实现英语报刊阅读课培养目标的必要前提。

| Abstract: | The goals of offering the course of English Newspaper Reading to students are to foster their reading capability of English newspapers,to teach them stylistic features,language skills and structures of English newspaper articles,to instruct them to analyze different views stated in newspaper articles,thus to advance students’ general reading comprehension and language ability.However,the present teaching practice needs improving,especially in terms of teaching materials,teaching methods,teachers’ academic ability and students’ level of understanding.In order to achieve the goals of this course,it is necessary to find out the common problems in the teaching practice and then to probe into the possible solutions to these problems. |
