| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨EGCG对女性皮肤抗衰老效果及安全性。方法：收集88名健康志愿者作为本研究的研究对象，所有志愿者每天早晚用韩后有机茶蕊嫩白洁面乳洁面后，各使用一次、韩后有机茶蕊嫩白水、韩后有机茶蕊极嫩精华30ml、韩后有机茶蕊嫩白乳或嫩白霜，连续12周，且在此期间不使用其他护肤品，并分别于使用前、使用后6周、使用后12周测量志愿者的皮肤干燥程度、脱屑程度，皮肤角质层含水量，分析皮肤纹理及是否出现不良反应。结果：使用含有EGCG成分的护肤品前皮肤表面脱落的角质细胞数量为62134.91±7692.34，显著性高于使用6周、12周后的21098.234±6582.14、8134.974±5989.38（P〈0.05）。使用含有EGCG成分的护肤品前皮肤角质层含水量为49.234±19.29，与使用后的49.114±25.12、53.764±12.94无差异性（P〉0.05）。皮肤纹理分析：轮廓线的平均深度与平均粗糙程度在使用前后存在较大的差异性（P〈0.05）。结论：合有EGCG成分的护肤品抗衰老效果明显且没有副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： Investigate the application contains EGCG component of female facial skincare anti - aging effects and safety. Methods： 88 healthy volunteers as research subjects in this study, all volunteers, each with a daily to use the Hanhoo whitening cleanser, whitening water after Hanhooorganic tea, organic tea after Hanhoo very tender cream 30 ml, after Hanhoo tea whitening whitening cream or milk, for 12 weeks, and do not use other skin care products during this period, and were in use before, six weeks after use, to measure the use of volunteers after 12 weeks skin＇s dryness, scaling degree of stratum eorneum moisture, skin texture a- nalysis, and whether adverse reactions. Results： Use the number of keratinocytes containing EGCG skincare ingredients before shed- cling of the skin surface 62134.91 ± 7692.34, significantly higher than the average six weeks, 21098.23 ± 6582.14, 8134.97 ± 5989.38 12 weeks later （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Before using the water content of the stratum corneum of skin care products containing EGCG component is 49.23 ±19.29, and 49.1± 25.12, 53.76 ±12.94 after use no difference （ P 〉 0.05） . Skin Texture Analysis ： The average roughness and an average depth of the contour line there is a big difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） before and after use. Conclusions： The effect of anti - aging skin care products contain ingredients EGCG significantly and no side effects. |
