| 摘 要： | 企业的技术是企业发展的核心问题,是企业可持续发展的关键.技术创新与产业升级滞后于中国经济高速发展,已经成为企业发展的瓶颈.在现实社会中,企业技术创新存在着制度不完善,研发投入资金不足,收益分配不合理等方面的问题,从而影响了企业技术创新的步伐.文章从政府与企业两方面入手,从不断完善制度保障政策,加强企业投入研发资金力度,注意创新人才培养等方面进行分析,从而构建适应企业发展的科学的技术创新激励机制.

| Abstract: | Technology of enterprises is the sole problem of development of the enterprises and the key of sustainable development of the enterprises. Technological innovation and industrial upgrading lag behind fast development of e- conomy of china and became a bottleneck of the development of the enterprises. In real society, technological inno- vation of enterprises exits not fully developed, insufficient input in R＆D, unreasonable income distribution ete, and which affect the step of technological innovation of enterprises. The thesis analyzes in perfecting policies of sys- tern security, enhancing enterprise＇ s input in R＆D and Paying attention to training of innovative personnel etc. in government and enterprises aspects, then establish a scientific incentive mechanism of technological innovation which will be suitable for development of enterprises. |
