| 摘 要： | 本文从菲涅尔-基尔霍夫衍射积分公式出发,导出了单缝菲涅尔衍射的光强分布公式,在此基础上作了数值计算和分析讨论.计算结果表明:当缝宽很小时衍射光强的极大值出现在照明区中心,当缝宽较大时衍射光强的极大值出现在照明区与阴影区的边界靠近照明区的一侧,缝宽对单缝菲涅尔衍射的光强分布有重要影响.

| Abstract: | According to Fresnel-Kirchhoff diffraction formula,it gets the light intensity distribution formula about single slit Fresnel diffraction.Based on the formula,it makes numerical calculation and analyses the result of calculation.The result indicates that the width of the single slit has great influence on light intensity distribution of single slit Fresnel diffraction. |
