基于MAX6304的单片机监控电路的设计与实现

摘    要:单片机系统通常工作在一些特定环境中,不可避免会受到外界的干扰,这些干扰轻则导致系统内部数据出错,重则将严重影响程序的运行.为了保护数据,抑制干扰,在单片机系统的开发过程中需要进行可靠性设计.单片机监控电路设计的好坏,直接影响到系统工作的可靠性.应用MAX6304设计的51单片机监控电路,实现了监控电源电压、处理突发掉电情况、产生正确复位信号等功能,保证了单片机的可靠运行.

Abstract:Certain circumstance that the system of MCU works is always inevitably disturbed by the outside world,which may give rise to wrong inner data and even may result in destructing the proper work of the whole system.Therefore,in order to protect data and lessen interference,reliable design is required in the process of developing the system of MCU and the quality of designing the monitoring circuit of MCU directly affects the reliability of the system work.Applying 51-MCU monitoring circuit designed by MAX6304 can achieve a great variety of functions,such as controlling voltage,dealing with the sudden occurrence of power-cut,resetting correct signals.All of those functions above can finally ensure smooth operation of MCU.
