| 摘 要： | 对乙酰氨基酚是一种解热镇痛消炎药物,内服给药吸收快、退热效果快,常用于人的感冒发烧治疗。由于很多动物体内自身缺乏葡萄糖醛酸化合物无法代谢对乙酰氨基酚,很容易造成中毒现象。笔者接诊了一例宠主过量饲喂对乙酰氨基酚导致中毒的患犬,临床表现为流涎、精神沉郁、呕吐、呼吸急促和贫血等症状,根据发病史、临床症状和实验室检测确诊本病。通过口服给予乙酰半胱氨酸和静脉补液来减轻药物毒性及促进药品代谢,住院治疗9天后,痊愈出院。此次诊治过程表明,人用药不一定适用于宠物疾病治疗,如过量饲喂可能造成严重后果,建议宠物生病时宠主及时去动物诊疗机构就诊。

| Abstract: | Acetaminophen is a kind of antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug.It can be absorbed quickly and has a rapid antipyretic effect.It is commonly used in the treatment of people's cold and fever.Due to the lack of glucuronic acid compounds in many animals,paracetamol cannot be metabolized,which is easy to cause poisoning.A case of dog poisoned by acetaminophen was treated.The clinical manifestations were salivation,depression,vomiting,shortness of breath and anemia.After 9 days in hospital,the patients were cured and discharged.The diagnosis and treatment process shows that human medication is not necessarily suitable for the treatment of pet diseases,such as excessive feeding may cause serious consequences.It is recommended that pet owners go to animal diagnosis and treatment institutions in time when pets are sick. |
