| 摘 要： | 为了解西北地区大学生心理健康的总体状况,采用症状自评量表对西北地区大学生心理健康状况进行问卷调查.结果显示(1)西北地区大学生无心理问题者占13.6%,无明显心理问题者占70.6%,有明显心理问题者占15.8%.心理健康的九个因子中,按其得分由高到低强度为:人际关系、抑郁、强迫、敌对、偏执、焦虑、躯体化、精神病性、恐怖.(2)西北地区大学生在不同年级、不同生源以及不同性别上有些因子存在显著差异.提出加强心理健康教育要从开设心理健康教育课、完善学校心理咨询体系、有效促进西北大学生心理素质提高.

| Abstract: | In order to understand this university students' general psychological state of health and students themselves to find out their problems in time and adopt the effective methods,we apply symptom self-Appraisal table to carry on a questionnaire investigation to this university students' psychological state of health.The results are as follows: 1.Amony our university students,Non psychological problem students cover 13.6%,Non-obvious psychological problem students cover 70.6%,and Obvious psychological problem students cover 15.8%.2.Different the classes and male and students have distinct divergence in those factors. |
