| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题,是我国现代化建设、社会政治稳定和实现人民群众根本利益的一个重大的全局性问题。而地方高校《大学生就业指导》课教学层面因各种原因存在教学时间安排欠妥、教学内容滞后、师资队伍相对薄弱、教学方法相对陈旧、教学效果欠佳等问题。这种现状难以适应当前大学生就业压力日益严峻的社会现实和毕业生自身的就业需求,因此,硬化课程建设、优化教学内容、加强师资队伍建设、强化实践教学、狠抓教学效果是应对的长效之策。

| Abstract: | The employment problem of college students is a major global issues for our modernization building in China、the political stability of the society and realize the fundamental interests of the people.While the"employment guidance "course of local universities existed teaching time improperly,backward teaching content,teachers are relatively weak,teaching method,teaching effect relatively old poor problem in teaching level for a variety of reasons.This situation is difficult to adapt to the current employment pressure of college students increasingly serious social reality and graduates’ employment demand,therefore,hardening course construction,teaching content,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,strengthening practice teaching,paying close attention to the teaching effect is to deal with the long-standing policy. |
